This is not a cooking show. It is, however, a show about cooking.
In this series you will not be given a single recipe
nor any quick hip cooking tricks.
Instead we will try to understand why we do the things we do in the kitchen.
We will be dipping into chemistry, gastronomic history, local traditions, rituals surrounding food and human evolution.

I have my BA in History of Ideas and MA in Anthropology from Aarhus University.

I wrote my thesis on social creativity at Burning Man and creativity and innovation is my center locus,
both academically and practically.
Outside of which I reach broadly, giving lectures in France on Scandinavian culture,
written about the hidden monuments of the cold war,
performed quality analysis and studied user experience for several companies and institutions,
including Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, and Lærdansk Aarhus.
Just to name a few.
