Hey there! I’m Lars.

Fueled by curiosity and a taste for mixing things up — ideas, teams, and sometimes cocktails of my own invention.

I’ve got a Master’s in Innovation Anthropology and a background in the History of Ideas, but my real education has been twenty years of throwing myself into… well, just about everything: fintech leadership, photography, filmmaking, design, audio production, teaching, writing, martial arts, and fieldwork in East Africa.

The thread through it all? I take complex things and make them human. Whether it’s scaling a support org without losing the “human moment,” turning ethnographic field notes into strategy, or capturing a festival through the lens, my work is about clarity, empathy, and creativity.

And when I’m not doing that, you’ll probably find me in the kitchen, chasing balance in a dish or confusing someone at a party with my ‘Theory of Emergent Transcendent Improvisation’ or connecting non-verbally with a stranger in the dojo.

At the end of the day, we are all here to make this endless void, less so.

Don’t be a stanger!
